From experience, it is often hard to find out what is going on with the various local groups and programs, so I hope to collect and publish as many as I can here so that people might discover all the great things going on in the area!
A Little Legalese
tenancy in common. A tenancy by two or more persons, in equal or unequal undivided shares, each person having a right to possess the whole property but no right of survivorship.
